Is bread baked in a wood fired oven better than bread baked with other fuels? I do not know if my taste buds can honestly discern the difference
Home made bread however is easy to judge. There is nothing like it: fresh, soft, warm, fragrant, sweet. Labour of love returns delicious rewards.
